Bed and Breakfast Website Design Review

This bed and breakfast website suffers from trying to do too many things and ultimately confuses the visitor. It’s a shame because the Rogers and Brown House is a beautiful place to stay. Watch the video below to learn the 3 things that need to be done to make this website produce results.

Hello Peter:
Thank you soooo much for the great review. After we me you and your lovely wife onSaturday night, Frank and I talked about the things you suggested. We knew the website was not working.
We plan to remove the shop and folk art from this site.
We are thinking about the possibility of renaming the B&B,
Olde Ipswich B&B, the Rogers and Brown House would become the byline? It might be easier to find? What do you think?
We are not sure at this point if it would increase business to change the name. The Rogers & Brown House sounds like a historical place to stay. We hope you don’t mind our asking this question.
All the Best: Johanne & Frank
Hi Johanne,
The name should be what you think is right for the property.
As far as website name it’s generally best to have a name that reflects the business and is easy for guests to remember.
Ipswich lodging keyphrases are not that competitive so any name will be findable.
OldeIpswich is fine but might make more sense for traditional Ipswich gifts.
Happy to help!
