Colby Insurance has a website that contains a good deal of information, but is presented in a hard to navigation fashion without any real call to action. The forms are imposing and according to Colby do not deliver leads. The site also suffers from not being found in Google searches and could ultimately use a news blog to build trust, an e-mail list, and help in generating new visitor traffic.
